Launching your own online business is the first step towards financial freedom and the life you have always wanted to live. You can unsubscribe from the 9-5 existence and take back control of your life.

I've launched 4 businesses in my life, all of them have been successful, but it didn't start out this way. Now I want to help you achieve similar success.

When I was younger, I moved to Australia with $15,000 and started a business doing imports and exports. After a year and a half, I had made $200,000 and put $50,000 right into my pocket.

The CHANGE INDUSTRY taught me that this concept could apply to anything, really. I wanted to lose 10 pounds, I made more friends, I moved out of my parents' house.

The heart and soul of the CHANGE INDUSTRY is the offer. This is what you can offer your customer, and it's your job to ultimately help supply this change.I applied all of this to my next business, a self-help blog, and had the base of my second business.

The change industry offers bountiful opportunities, high profit margins, and low startup costs. It's also one of the most fulfilling industries because you can actually help people, and you're getting paid to do it.

I used this method to build an email list of 4,000 people and create a 2-month online course on learning English. This business is still earning $3,000 per month.

Building an email list, creating an online course, and writing a sales page takes time, especially when you aren't making any money.

This method is light-years faster than the old one, and it's so simple! All you need is an offer, and you can make your first sale within the first few days.Imagine you're a fitness trainer and you can make $1,000 per customer by selling high-end coaching offers.

You first need to pick a niche. A niche is a distinct sector of the larger market where you'll find your potential customers, and each niche has its own audience with specific needs and desires that you can target for optimal effect.opportunity.”

In 2012, I launched a blog on how to learn English. The competition didn't intimidate me, because I knew if others could make money doing this, then so could I.

A common misconception is that competition is a negative thing. The reality is that if there isn't any competition, you won't make money because you won't have any customers, period.So don’t shy away from competition, embrace it.

Choose a niche that you actually like, and work on it with passion.

You can choose a niche you already know a lot about, or you can learn about it in just a few days.

My last piece of advice is to pick a niche as soon as possible. If it doesn't work out, learn from the experience and pick another niche.

Once you've ticked these boxes and made it to the end of the call, you should feel completely compelled to present your offer.

1. Create a squeeze page to grow your list

First, you need a squeeze page where leads can opt into your email list. Add a value proposition to the page and send them to a thank you page once they've completed the opt-in form. This technique uses free content to draw in your lead and provides them with the link to your squeeze page by tactfully placing it in your content. Just remember to actually link the CTA button to your squeeze page.

This step presents you with organic traffic, which is free traffic that has a high chance of performing a conversion action. By optimizing your list with this qualified traffic, you can ensure a 15% conversion rate, which is enough when you're bringing in loads of traffic.

Scaling your list this way takes some time, so be patient and take on the consistent mindset yourself.Successful businesses have a consistent publication schedule. They post content once a week for 1 year.I have a client that posts once a week, every week, since 2011. If you don't have a daily influx of new leads, your email list won't be growing. A few new leads per day will tell you whether or not your business is growing.

2.2.2. Build your Team

There are only 24 hours in a day, and if you ask for help from a strong, reliable team full of A-players, what you can achieve increases exponentially.

As the entrepreneur, your job is to handle the strategy of the business, which means handing over the marketing and management to someone else. It's a lot easier than it sounds, you just need the right mindset.

You can find great talent in your email list and through referrals from people already on your team. If you hire someone and quickly realize it isn't a good fit, don't stress, it's perfectly okay to hire fast and fire fast.


1. Virtual assistant

Once you're earning $2,000 per month, you'll start to find answering customer emails a tedious task. A virtual assistant can help you focus on more important tasks by running technical tasks.

Being a virtual assistant can either be a part-time or full-time job. You can hire assistants from countries where the cost of living is lower and save on the cost of your employees.


2. Salespeople

Salespeople allow you to make money even when you aren't working, and you can have multiple people earning money for you simultaneously.

Sales teams are paid by commissions on their sales, so start off low and increase it as they gain experience.

I used to do private coaching, but I couldn't take on max 2 clients. I learned that I could pay people to do the job for me, and I found a client who became an assistant of mine, then took on one of my clients, and the rest is history. After finding the last piece in the puzzle, you'll have built your dream team and can turn your business into a sales machine.

Set up an automated email list sequence to send to people who opt into your email list. This way you can start selling right off the bat.

A couple of years ago, I switched up my Facebook campaign and added the entire body of my sales page to the email immediately after they opted-in. I made half a dozen sales.Sequences can last 1-2 weeks, or they can be longer. It doesn't matter how long they are, they still work.

The goal of your email sequence is to either sell a low-entry offer or book a strategy session. Keep it simple and focus on one idea per email.

Tell stories, answer objections, show case studies, provide how-to content that offers value, discuss new bonuses of your offer, and tell your email list about every promotion you run.

Don't let your desire to make something perfect stop you from making anything at all.

We usually send an email on Tuesday that presents all the opportunities of our offer and nudges leads towards our sales page. On Thursday we provide value.

On Sunday, we close the offer, sending emails saying today is the last day and saying "Last hours to take advantage of this great deal". This last email is the most important email that you don't want to miss sending. You want to define a promotion schedule and stick to it. It could be one promotion a month, every other week, or even every week.

You can run a 2-week promotion once per month, and then send some free content or a CTA to book a strategy session.

I suggest that you run the first promotion by yourself to work out all the kinks, and then delegate all future manual promotions to your assistants.
